Floral baskets, centerpieces, and bouquets will add color and a fresh scent to the chapel and reception area where your wedding will take place and this type of décor should be ordered several months before your wedding day. Have a color theme or some flower varieties in mind and meet with a florist who offers a flower delivery service.

During the planning of your wedding, you will be choosing the colors of your wedding party's attire and wall or table décor that will tie into your wedding's theme. Fresh flowers can correspond to the other decorative items or you can choose a special flower variety that is symbolic of your relationship with your significant other.
Research some flower varieties and be aware of what types of flowers are in season during the month that you and your partner will be getting married.
